LOAN ORIGINATION KPI'S

Mortgage loan origination is a process intense business, which lends itself perfectly to the use of Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s). Setting the buzz worthiness aside, when properly defined and implemented, KPI’s can be the cornerstone of running an efficient operation. Their value is two-fold, in that they require a company’s leadership identify their standards of performance which in turn allows those responsible for those tasks, to fully understand how they are being measured. A well thought out set of KPI’s are invaluable and relatively easy to implement.
