LOAN ORIGINATION KPI'S

Mortgage loan origination is a process intense business, that lends itself perfectly to implementing of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). When properly defined and implemented, KPIs can be the cornerstone of an efficient operation. Their value is two-fold, in that they require a company’s leadership to think about and define their performance expectations, which enables those responsible for the tasks, to understand how they are being measured. A well-thought-out set of KPIs is invaluable and relatively easy to implement.
